Doug Hayes
Technical Director of New England
Doug Hayes heads-up Watch All’s technical department. He establishes Watch All’s technical policies and oversees in-house and continuing education training programs.
Doug began with Watch All in 1984 in the Structural Damage Repair Division.
He is licensed and certified in commercial pest control and structural pest control, is a state registered IPM Practitioner, and has worked in all areas of urban pest management.
Doug has received more than 200 state credit hours and has attended countless state and national conferences over the past 22 years.
Doug was named New England Pest Management Association’s Technician of the Year in 2005

Scott Josselyn
Commercial Supervisor
Scott Josselyn began his career at Watch All in May 1989. He is educated and trained in all facets of integrated pest management. He specializes in pest control for multi-family housing properties. 15 years experience. Licensed and certified.

Todd Fallon
Commercial Supervisor
Todd Fallon began his career at Watch All over 15 years ago. He specializes in Commercial Rodent Control, urban integrated pest management, and sensitive green building properties. Licensed and certified. Todd received the Merit of Achievement Award, 2001.

Paul Croke
Wildlife Division Manager
Paul Croke is Manager of Watch All's bird and nuisance wildlife control division. Paul is an expert trapper and installer of various bird management systems including bird netting, deterrent systems, and grid systems.

Bill DiMarco
Residential & Termite Control Supervisor
Bill DiMarco is one of 3 experts chosen by Dow Agrosciences to pilot the Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination System. Bill received the Technician of the Year, award in 1988.He served on the Board of Directors of the New England Pest Management Association, 1992-1996.

George "Sepp" Schuwerk
Lawn Care Division Manager
George “Sepp” Schuwerk has been providing lawn care services for more than 10 years, and has been with Watch All for more than 8 years of that time. He maintains a clientele retention rate higher than the industry standard. Sepp maintains a strong focus on customer service by providing a responsive service and keeping ahead of the most up-to-date practices by attending continuing education courses & seminars.

Jonathan Boyar
Director of Marketing and Sales
Jonathan Boyar has been licensed and certified in several specialty areas since the age of 15, and has more than 25 years of field experience in the pest management industry. Jon originally came to the profession through his longtime hobby of beekeeping, and has a genuine interest in protecting the environment through responsible pest management practices. He is a registered Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Practitioner with the New England Pest Management Association’s IPM Registry.
Jon has written numerous integrated pest management programs for companies, housing authorities, municipalities, hospitals, and school systems. In the past, he served as Chairman of the IPM in the Schools sub-committee with the Massachusetts Pesticide Bureau. He frequently gives informational seminars to property managers, tenants, and business managers about bedbugs, sanitation, and IPM. Jon has several published articles in local and regional publications.
